The Hail Shop

I was visiting CO for 2 months, on May 10th my car and my daughters car was damaged by hail. I have never in my life seen such big hail and had no idea what to do next. The plan was to wait to deal with my car when I got back to NY and my daughter would have to live with the dents. While I was at Walmart a few days later I came out to a "advertisement" card from the Hail Shop, my immediate response was it's probably a scam. I emailed Eric and he responded quickly, we setup an appointment for him to come to my daughters house to look at the cars and discuss my options. I consider myself a good judge of character and my assessment of Eric was spot on! The whole process wasn't seamless, the insurance companies approval caused the process to be delayed a bit but Eric reassured me through the whole process that him & his team would have a quick turn around once they got the approval to do both cars. He was right, both cars came out beautifully, He took care of the insurance company and keep me updated with every step, He did exactly what he told me he would do at our initial meeting. I highly recommend The Hail Shop, Eric and his team are very professional, reliable, honest and were a pleasure to work with and I will be sharing my experience with them to everyone I can.

I have enjoyed working with The Hail Shop on a few of our vehicles! They had a nice loaner vehicle when my policy didn’t extend coverage for a rental. They handled everything, helped communicate with my insurance company, had my car back in flawless condition within a few days, and no money out of pocket to me. Heath was extremely professional and very transparent throughout the whole process of our PDR repair. The Hail Shop worked with our insurance provider and we didn't have to get involved in the approval at all. They kept their word on the perks offered as well. Heath kept us updated through text every step of the way. Our vehicle looks better than it did before the hail damage! I'm grateful for a smooth process and can't wait to drive our pretty car this summer!

Had 2 vehicles repaired here from same storm. Excellent job on the repair side. Work was completed in a day for each vehicle and the shop was very accommodating to my tight schedule. Heath did an excellent job of constant communication with me, providing daily updates while working with the insurance company through the claims process and to get these repairs scheduled and completed. Highly recommend these guys.
